Brian Loring’s obsession is very clear: Pinot Noir. His philosophy in making wine is that the fruit is EVERYTHING. What happens in the vineyard determines the quality of the wine. With this in mind he chooses growers with the same beliefs as himself; farmers whose only goals are to produce the best fruit possible – no matter the cost. He makes a variety of Pinot Noirs each one reflecting terroir of the source, each one unique onto itself and absolutely delicious.
