Agusti Torello Mata

Born from the best Penedès vines, Agustí Torelló Mata’s cavas respect the land, local varieties, soil, climate, process and tradition. They are cavas with soul. Fine bubbles slowly develop in the bottles placed in deep cellars, where they are shielded from light and enjoy low temperatures at a constant humidity. Only the best of conditions, combined with a long and patient ageing process, make possible the miracle of transforming grapes into this complex and unique cava.
