Bent Dime Winery
Bent Dime Winery was born from a deep-rooted passion for wine, cocktail culture, and the art of traditional liqueur-making. The limitations of the American licensing system sparked the idea to experiment with wine as a base to create cocktail ingredients for wine and beer establishments. Experimentation began, infusing and aging wine and sake. A lemon tree, the plan of making limoncello with those fruits and the wine experimentation already in process entangled and the first test for Lemoncello was made. Less than six months after the collaboration began, Bent Dime’s Lemoncello was born. And less than a year later Orancello followed.
