Bethel Rd Wines

Bethel Road is one of the iconic properties on the west side of the Paso Robles Appellation. Visionaries of the area first planted it in the early 1980's. Castoro Cellars Purchased fruit for many years before purchasing the vineyard in 2014. Rolling and steep hills define this site. Located in the Templeton Gap, there are cool afternoon breezes which help the grapes develop deep color and perfect acidity for beautifully balanced wines. All farmed organically.
