Sculpterra Winery

The Sculpterra Winery &Sculpture Garden’s estate vineyards reside in the hills of the scenic Linne Valley located on the east side Paso Robles. The winery property and tasting room are not unlike a museum, lined with incredible sculptures and art produced by local famous artists. In 1979, the Frankel family first planted 20 acres of pistachios’ on the ranch, followed by 20 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. They expanded their plantings in 1997, planting Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Merlot. Cabernet Franc, Mouvedre, Petite Sirah and Viognier are the most recent additions to the vineyard. In pursuit of a low crop yield, the 120 acres of vineyards are hand manicured and deficit irrigated, creating a high grape skin to juice ratio ensuring intense varietal flavors and concentrated wines. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Sculpterra wine are donated to Dr. Frankel’s foundation “His Healing Hands“  which funds and sends medical missionary teams on short-term trips all over the world to care for the most needy under-privileged peoples on all five continents.

In addition to the Estate Wines bottled under the Sculpterra label The Frankel Family also produce wines under the Héroe label.  These wines area dedication to the true heroes of the wine industry, their vineyard and production team!
