T.W. Hollister & Co. Oso De Oro Vermouth

T.W. Hollister & Co. Was created for the adventurer within us, to celebrate the untamed spirit of the west while honoring the legacy of our family’s lineage. Made from quality white wine, the dry vermouth is macerated with a unique blend of 12 botanical ingredients, including orange peel, chamomile, and rosehip. Fruit-forward and floral, this dry style of vermouth is enhanced by the subtle herbal notes with a long, pleasant finish. For the red vermouth we start with white wine, then macerate with a blend of 19 local botanicals, blood orange, chamomile and hummingbird sage. Then finish it off with European caramel for that wonderful texture and color.
