Willow Creek Distillery

Formerly “The Distillery at Opolo”, Willow Creek was founded in 2013 with the intent to produce top quality brandies to accompany their wines. Fast-forward to 2017 and Willow Creek boasts aromatic fruit brandies as well as premium liqueurs.

Using both fresh, locally sourced fruit as well as saignee from the production of Opolo’s award winning wines, Willow Creek creates a variety of hand crafted libations for your sipping pleasure.
